La tournée prend son origine dans le livre de partitions 34 Scores for Piano, Organ, Harpsichord and Celeste publié en 2017 en collaboration avec Jonas Sen. Chaque concert de cet été sera unique et bénéficiera d’une setlist particulière. Parmi les 44 titres sélectionnés, aucun ne sera joué deux fois.
I have wanted to hold this concert since I published the book and a year ago I was almost let go, but then the Cornucopia concert tour took over and I decided to give it priority.

Un prochain album en 2021 ou en 2022
Un nouvel album est bel et bien en cours d’élaboration, il commence à s’étoffer, mais sa sortie est prévue l’année prochaine ou en 2022. Pendant le confinement, elle a travaillé deux fois par semaine avec Bergi Þórisson dans son studio maison islandais.
It doesn’t really matter what happens in my life, I always like the same tempo. I managed to keep it going last month, but I worked with Bergi Þórisson, a musician here at home. He took part in the quarantine with me and came to my home twice a week, we have been working together for six years so it was great to be able to spend time with him at this time.

Cornucopia en Asie
Cornucopia devrait poursuivre son voyage avec des concerts prévus en fin d’année dans plusieurs pays asiatiques, notamment au Japon en novembre 2020.
There are still shows on the Cornucopia concert in Japan in November. Of course, we do not know what the situation will be in the world then, but if all goes well we will try to hold concerts in more countries in Asia, but it will all come to light.

I am working on various things these days. In collaboration with several parties here in Iceland, I would like to put up a database online, where you can buy notes of any music. I have versions of all kinds of musical instrument notes that need to combine all of this into one place and make it accessible, but this project is still at our fingertips.

Elle écoute beaucoup de musique, mais cela n’influence pas son processus créatif
Je suis une grande nerd et je fais plein de découvertes. Pour chaque humeur, je crée une playlist. En ce moment, j’écoute énormément un compositeur estonien Cyrillus Kreek (1889-1962) et la chanteuse norvégienne de R&B Emilie Nicolas. J’écoute aussi beaucoup le rappeur Aron Can, je suis probablement sa plus grande fan en Islande.
